I joined the firm in 2017, and my responsibility is to provide our clients with the best possible service I can possibly give. I am responsible for handling all client service issues not directly related to investment decisions. So, I prepare and help clients complete all necessary paperwork; handle all client questions about statements, online access, withdrawing or depositing money, and account transfers. I am here to answer client administrative questions, needs and concerns as promptly and efficiently as possible.
I also help manage traffic, so to speak. We strive to keep your Advisor tightly scheduled with client meetings and other Advisory responsibilities. If you need to talk with our Advisor, I am the one to call directly. Unless your Advisor is already scheduled, I’ll put you right through. Otherwise, I’ll schedule a follow up phone appointment, so we don’t create a game of phone tag. Given today’s hectic schedules and life, this seems the best way to stamp out one of its most annoying factors. You call us. We call you. We leave a message. You call us back. And so on… Instead, you call me. I’ll get you scheduled with your Advisor. End of phone tag.
Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my sons, Thane and Nolan and husband, Eric. Being outdoors is most enjoyable, at the lake, in the hills or just enjoying the sunshine at home.
